Free Initial Consultation Policy:

Bankruptcy cases: Clients contemplating or seeking a bankruptcy may have one initial consultation, in-office, that lasts for thirty minutes.

For Family Law Cases: I offer a free 15-minute phone call to consult with you about your case. If you would like to set-up a full consultation in my office for one-hour, I charge my usual hourly rate for that consultation. However, if you retain my services at that initial consult for your case, then I will credit the charge for the one hour consult back to your account, making the one-hour consultation becomes a free consultation.

For All Other Cases: I offer a free 15-minute phone call to consult with you about your case. If you would like to set-up a full consultation in my office for one-hour, I charge my usual hourly rate for that consultation.
